How It Works
At MM & Co. Decor, we make the rental process simple, beautiful, and stress-free. Whether you are renting ready-made decor, choosing a full decor bundle, or requesting a custom design, our goal is to help bring your event vision to life in a way that feels easy and organized.

Choose your decor
Browse our available decor rentals, floral pieces, centerpieces, bundles, and custom design options. You can choose individual items or select a coordinated collection to create a complete look for your event.
Our rental options may include centerpieces, floral arrangements, arch florals, aisle decor, bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, bud vases, candle holders, garlands, table decor, charger plates, and ceremony or reception decor bundles.
If you do not see exactly what you are looking for, you may request a custom design. Custom pieces can be created based on your event colors, theme, inspiration photos, and overall style.

Reserve your date
Once you have selected your decor, your event date must be reserved. Decor availability is limited, especially for larger orders and custom pieces, so we recommend booking as early as possible.
To secure your rental order, a deposit or full payment may be required. Your order is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.
For most rentals, payment details will be provided at the time of booking. Depending on the order, payment may be split into a deposit and remaining balance, or full payment may be required upfront. Final balances must be paid by the due date listed on your invoice or agreement.

Receive your decor
Rental items are prepared and shipped or made available for pickup before your event date. We aim to make sure your decor arrives with enough time for you to inspect, organize, and style everything before your celebration.
For shipped rentals, items are typically scheduled to arrive several days before your event. Exact arrival timing may vary depending on the rental agreement, shipping carrier, location, and size of the order.
Once your decor arrives, please carefully unpack all items and check that everything is included. We recommend keeping all original packaging materials, boxes, and protective wrapping so the items can be safely returned after your event. If anything appears damaged or missing upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Enjoy & return
Once your decor has arrived, you can style your pieces and enjoy your event. Our faux floral rentals and decor pieces are designed to photograph beautifully and help create a polished, coordinated look without the stress of purchasing everything for one-time use.
Please handle all rental items with care during setup, use, and breakdown. Items should be kept away from open flames, extreme heat, heavy moisture, food spills, wax spills, and anything that may stain, bend, break, or permanently damage the decor. Rental items may not be altered, painted, cut, glued, stapled, taped in a damaging way, or permanently modified unless written permission has been provided.

Return Rentals
After your event, all rental items must be returned by the agreed return date listed in your rental agreement or invoice. For shipped rentals, the client is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in writing. Return tracking must be provided as proof that the items were shipped back on time.
Items should be repacked carefully using the original packaging materials whenever possible. Please make sure all pieces are secure, protected, and packed in a way that prevents damage during transit. Rental items must be returned in the same condition they were received, except for normal light handling from event use.
